Conbraco Industries has been family owned and operated for 82 years. The third generation of the Mosack Family has been intimately involved with the day to day management of the company for over 25 years.

The Company has managed to achieve great success in the marketing and promotion of all of our Apollo branded products, Ball Valves, Backflow Prevention Devices, Plumbing & Heating products, Safety Relief Products, Automated Products through the outstanding support and commitment from our customer base.

We would not be where we are today without your loyal and dedicated support of our company. As we look to the future of our company we have evaluated several different strategies to ensure our long term strength and viability in the world wide marketplace. After three or four months of discussion with Aalberts Industries of the Netherlands, we decided it was in the best interest of our family, our shareholders, our employees, and our customer base to join the Aalberts family group. This decision will create tremendous opportunities to enhance our world wide market position. Aalberts portfolio includes over 150 separate companies. Their outstanding reputation in the marketplace along with their commitment to providing necessary resources, enable these businesses to achieve consistent, remarkable growth.

Aalberts believes deeply in the management of Conbraco/Apollo and would not have acquired the company without the senior management remaining for the long-term. Cal will remain as Executive Vice President and will continue managing all of the Company’s sales efforts. I will remain as President and CEO and will continue overseeing all Company operations. Cal and I have a strong and dedicated commitment and passion to the company that is not any less today than it was when we started in the business over 25 years ago.

Conbraco and Aalberts’ similar culture of being vertically integrated is one of the important factors that brought us together. Our commitment to US manufacturing and in particular our state of the art foundry operations in Pageland, SC and Conway, (Myrtle Beach) SC will continue to be one of our core competencies.

We will combine sales and marketing efforts to offer a strong package to the wholesale and retail markets. Our business has been successful for three generations because of our strong relationships with you our valued customers.
